Where are we located?

We are located in both

• Paradise, Texas near the Dallas/Fort Worth area

• Madisonville, Tx about an hour and half north of Houston on I-45

Do we offer transportation?

Yes. Besides picking up directly from us, we offer several delivery options. Buyers are responsible for all transportation costs, and we will be happy to quote transportation costs for you.

• Ground Transportation – We sometimes have ground transportation available within the state of Texas.

• Flight Nanny Service – We do offer flight nanny services to fly your puppy to an airport near you and will be happy to get you a quote. Your puppy will fly in the cabin of the airplane.

• Meet at the Airport – We will be happy to meet you at the DFW Airport where you can pick up your puppy and fly home with them in the cabin of the airplane.

A Flight Nanny is a professional who accompanies a puppy on a commercial flight.

• Flies with your puppy in-cabin (not in cargo).

• Provides care, comfort, and supervision during the entire journey.

• Delivers the puppy directly to the buyer at the airport.

• Handles all the logistics of flying with the puppy (TSA, airline rules, paperwork).

• Often provides updates (photos, videos, or texts) during the trip.

• We will meet you at the DFW airport where you will pick up your puppy and return home with your puppy in the cabin of the plane with you.

• You will be responsible for making flight arrangements and paying extra fees to travel with your puppy.

• We ask that you send us an airline-approved pet travel bag that will fit under the seat of the plane that we will line with puppy pads to bring your puppy to the airport. This helps to limit having to transfer the puppy from one bag to another.

Do puppies come with vaccinations and vet care?

Yes! All puppies will be:

• Vet-checked

• Up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations

• Dewormed on a regular schedule

• Sent home with a health record and if flying a health certificate

How old are puppies when they go home?

• Our puppies go home no earlier than 8 weeks of age. We will not release a puppy early, even by request.

What comes with my puppy?

Each puppy goes home with a:

• Puppy go-home folder

• Sample of current food

• Blanket with mom/siblings' scent

• A puppy bag filled with a few goodies

• Lifetime breeder support

How are puppies socialized?

• Our puppies are handled and socialized daily to promote confident, well-adjusted temperaments. From an early age, they’re gently introduced to various textures, sounds, and grooming. As they grow, our children are involved in their care—always under strict health and safety protocols.

  By go-home day, puppies have begun early potty training (outdoors or on shavings, weather permitting), are learning the difference between day and night routines, and enjoy quiet snuggle time with our family. These early experiences help ensure a smooth transition into their new homes.
